Pricing, Quotes & Invoices

Shipping, Payment, Returns and Refund Policy

Payment Process

To secure stock allocation, a 50% deposit or a company purchase order is required within 7 days of invoice. Dome Shelter Supplies reserves the right to allocate products to another purchaser if payment is not received within this timeframe.

Purchaser Cancellations

In the event of cancellation after a deposit has been received or a purchase order issued, Dome Shelter Supplies reserves the right to impose a cancellation fee equivalent to 10% of the total invoice value. Cancellations after dispatch may result in forfeiture of the total deposit value and additional charges.

Refunds and Returns Policy

Requests for product refunds after delivery are subject to approval by Dome Shelter Supplies. The purchaser is responsible for all associated freight and return expenses.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Currently, we ship within Australia only. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt of full payment or an official company purchase order.  Shipping is free delivery for all major cities within Australia.
