What’s Covered

  • Frame: 15-year warranty against structural defects and rust-through on the hot dip galvanised steel frame
  • Fabric Cover: 15-year pro-rata warranty on the PVC 750gsm ripstop cover against UV degradation, tearing under normal use, and waterproofing
  • Hardware: All twist-lock fittings and ratchets covered against manufacturing defects

Warranty Conditions

  • Shelter must be installed according to the supplied instructions
  • Not valid for damage caused by misuse, negligence, or modification
  • Wind damage claims require wind speed data verification
  • Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only
